On 20th – 21st November, we welcomed our partners to the Rydges Hotel in Rotorua for the annual Infusion Partner Conference — two days of connection, strategy, and shared vision for the future of our product and the businesses we support.
Day One: Welcome and Opening
The conference opened with a welcome from Infusion Group’s CEO Graham Gaylard and Mike MacLennan, who took a moment to honour the late Tim Shaw, founder of Infusion Software. Their acknowledgement of Tim’s legacy set the tone for the event and reinforced our commitment to honouring the past while continuing to shape a strong future for Infusion.
A New Chapter of Growth
We then heard from our new General Manager, Robert Heebink, who shared updates on the evolution of Infusion’s strategy and culture, outlining how we are focused on scaling while holding tight to the values that shaped Infusion from the start. His session sparked conversations about growth, innovation, and how we continue delivering value to our customers and partners.
Product Highlights and What’s Coming Next
Throughout the day, partners engaged in robust discussion around the current state of the Infusion product, including key highlights from 2025. The team also offered a look ahead at “what’s next” for 2026 including upcoming improvements and major initiatives designed to enhance performance, customer experience, and long-term platform strength.
External Speakers: Web Ninja & Crystal Payroll
We also heard from two of our valued integration partners, Web Ninja and Crystal Payroll, who shared insights into their capabilities and the integration opportunities available. It was great to hear directly from the specialists who continue to strengthen and shape the wider ecosystem around Infusion.
Day Two: Digital Innovation and Learning
Day two kicked off with an important session on migrating customers from desktop to cloud and how we continue to make this process more seamless for our customers. This transition is central to our strategy, ensuring businesses benefit from a more scalable, secure, and future-ready platform designed to support long-term resilience and growth.
Our keynote speaker Jeremy Suisted from Mosaic Partners; delivered a dynamic presentation on the increasing use of AI and it’s role in business. Their message was clear: AI is a practical, powerful tool when used thoughtfully. The session provided practical advice on how to use AI which can streamline operations, support decision-making, and drive competitiveness.
The morning continued with a marketing-focused session exploring the power of digital marketing and brand awareness in driving new leads and customer growth. Partners gained insight into how digital channels can support both brand building and performance.
Closing Sessions and Partner Collaboration
We wrapped up the conference with product demonstrations and a final Q&A session, giving partners the opportunity to share feedback, ask questions, and discuss feature enhancements they’d like to see prioritised. These conversations are always invaluable as they help shape the direction of Infusion’s development roadmap.
Looking Ahead to 2026
The 2025 Partner Conference was not only an opportunity to reflect on how far we’ve come, but also a reminder of the expertise, and collaboration within our partner network. It was a fantastic two days filled with connection and learning and we’re feeling energised as we head into 2026 with a refreshed focus and shared vision.
We would like to thank all of our partners who joined us in Rotorua. Your support, insights, and commitment continue to drive Infusion forward.
